Job Position
Lead commercial contract administration, support key agreements, review contractual communications, manage disputes, and coordinate cross-functional commercial compliance activities.
Job Responsibilities
EPC & Supply Contract Administration

Contract administration: oversee the day-to-day administration of the EPC contract and all supply contracts, ensuring obligations, deliverables, and milestones are tracked and met by all parties.

Agreement implementation support: support the Department Head in coordinating implementation of the PPA, CA, and SHA provisions that fall within the commercial administration scope.
Contractual Correspondence & Legal Protection

Correspondence review: review all contractual correspondence exchanged with the EPC contractor, suppliers, and other counterparties to ensure the Company's legal and commercial position is protected before issuance.
Commercial Dispute Resolution

Early dispute resolution: identify emerging commercial disputes and facilitate their resolution at the working level, escalating to the Department Head only where resolution before arbitration is not achievable.
Departmental Coordination

Team coordination: coordinate with the Contracts, Commercial, Legal & Compliance, and Audit Supervisors to maintain consistency between contract administration, dispute handling, and the Department's budget and compliance obligations.

Deputization: act on behalf of the Department Head – Commercial on contract administration and dispute-resolution matters as required.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Commerce & Accountancy or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in contract administration and commercial negotiations.
- Working knowledge of EPC and supply contract structures, and of PPA/CA frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese business interpretation level and able to review formal contractual correspondence
- Able to work effectively across a multinational, multi-shareholder JV environment.
- Fluent in written and verbal English & Chinese (Minimum 750 TOEIC & HSK 5 score).
- Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
