Accounting Administration Officer (Contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems (document control), both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in Tax form preparation e.g. PND 3, PND 53 and PP.30.
  • Prepare payment and handling account payable tasks.
  • Prepare and manage all tasks in related with cheques disbursement to vendors.
  • Assist in physical count of inventories and company’s assets.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars and coordinate among various parties.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence.
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 0-3 years’ experience in accounting, administration or related fields (New graduate who is a high–potential and seeking for job challenging is also welcome). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use MS office.
  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
