Administration Officer – Plant

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing and supporting all HR &Administration data; Recruitment, Learning & Development, Benefits & Welfare, and Community relations activities.
  • Responsible and Maintain all of filing and document control in plant and ISO system.
  • Arranging travel for management and staff (flights, company vehicles, and hotel booking).
  • Support in administrative tasks i.e. billing document, manage stationery and Consumer Products, etc.
  • Maintain working area in a clean, neat, orderly manner.
  • Other miscellaneous task as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
  • 2 years’ experience in human resources and administrative function. (New graduated who is a high-potential and seeking for job challenging is also welcome).
  • Good human relations and being a service - minded.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score >500) and computer skills.
  • Goal – oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
