Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an efficient document control system, managing both electronic and physical records.
  • Oversee accommodation arrangements and logistical support for employees and guests.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute official communications, including memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Handle financial transactions, manage accounts, and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, Linguistics or related field.
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in administrative officer, secretary, or personal assistant would be an advantage.
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
