Administrative Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an efficient document control system, managing both electronic and physical records.
- Oversee accommodation arrangements and logistical support for employees and guests.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute official communications, including memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.
- Handle financial transactions, manage accounts, and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, Linguistics or related field.
- Having at least 1 year of experience in administrative officer, secretary, or personal assistant would be an advantage.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
