Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the operational and financial performance of Renewable Energy projects to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.
  • Analyze financial performance, including operating costs, expenses, revenue, EBITDA, and net profit, providing clear insights and recommendations to top management and shareholders.
  • Coordinate closely with project teams and internal/external stakeholders to enhance asset performance, optimize costs, and achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy, strategic alignment, and timely submission.
  • Track budget versus actual performance, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for management and stakeholders on business operations, financial performance, and key developments.
  • Collaborate with Management to establish and enhance O&M strategies for Renewable Energy projects, including: 
    o O&M procedures and best practices 
    o Preventive and corrective maintenance planning (PM/CM) 
    o Long-term service and spare parts contracts 
    o Spare parts and tools management 
    o Monitoring and diagnostic center setup
  • Monitor and coordinate with partners to ensure operating assets comply with industry standards and company policies across operations, maintenance, budgeting, inventory management, environmental compliance, and safety management. 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance management of Renewable Energy plants, conventional power plants, or related industries.

  • Knowledge of power plant operations or energy-related businesses is an advantage.

  • Understanding contract management principles would be a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.

  • Be able to work in the provincial areas occasionally.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.

  • Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
