Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries such as telecom, finance, cloud providers, government, and enterprises.
- Support prospecting efforts, sales presentations, and proposal development to drive new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate and qualify leads from campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose GSA’s data center solutions including colocation, managed services, and connectivity options.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating internal support teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to improve service offerings and develop tailored go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the data center industry, emerging technologies, and customer challenges.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentation materials tailored to customer requirements.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents with clear and persuasive solutions.
- Maintain CRM records and assist in tracking sales performance against targets.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in data center, telecom, or IT infrastructure sectors.
- Understanding of colocation, cloud services, data center standards, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEICe score).
