Assistant Manager – Corporate Services Center

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting all corporate administrative services and tasks:
    • Office renovation and maintenance.
    • Office equipment repairs.
    • Office space and employee seating.
    • Business travelling support (Flight, hotel and car rental).
    • Pool and position car, gasoline fleet card.
    • Car parking arrangement.
    • Company mobile phone and copy machine.
    • Maid, driver and mail delivery service.
    • Receptionist
  • Being responsible for setting up and maintaining the office management such as basic infrastructure, layout or building etc., and ensuring that all of facilities and service qualities are well managed.
  • Being responsible for setting up and maintaining office systems e.g. meeting room reservation system, E-reservation system, car booking system, service request system, ChatBot etc.
  • Minding in employee satisfaction and responding employee needs.
  • Monitoring on the overall office’s property management.
  • Supporting other works assigned by superior management.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration or related fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong service mind and friendly with positive attitude.
  • Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Ability to use MS office.
  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
