Manager - Recruitment & Employer Branding

Job Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for strategic and operational recruitment and selection processes i.e. sourcing both internal and external candidates from every possible channel, screening applications, conducting interviews in both English and Thai languages, assessing and selecting candidates etc., to fill in averaging 150 vacancies per year.
  • Developing new recruitment-related activities and new search channels.
  • Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners to acquire a thorough comprehension of the company's hiring requirements for each role, achieving competitive hiring objectives and expectations.
  • Strategic sourcing partner and searching channels.
  • Building the relationship and working with recruitment agencies.
  • Adjusting and developing the job description as well as standard, and publishing on job channels.
  • Enhancing recruitment process/ system and initiating new recruitment-related activities.
  • Designing and managing the recruitment & employer branding activities with both relevant internal and external parties.
  • Raising brand awareness in social media and online platforms.
  • Budget controlling and management.
  • Preparing recruitment and ad-hoc assigned reports.
  • Handling any assigned projects by the management team.

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in any related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR (Recruitment), of which 2 years’ experience in supervisor level or higher.
  • Experience in energy business would be an advantage.
  • Maturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized.
  • High responsibility with strong problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Working well either as a team player or an independent agent when required.
  • Ability to travel / work upcountry and abroad.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
