Corporate Secretary Administration Officer

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the project memorandum, PR & PO, power of attorney document, and any project related document which assigned by line manager.
  • Organize payments and expenses submissions for the project. 
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the department to facilitate other business operations. 
  • Handle inventory management of office supplies, project required supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. 
  • Prepare all payment documents accurately before submitting to Head of Corporate Secretary’s approval. 
  • Coordinate between head office, plant, contractors and business partner in any matter required. 
  • Ensure that systems are functional, and office’s physical conditions are managed to support working effectiveness of the team. 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
  • No experience in corporate secretary are welcome.
  • Knowledge of SEC/ SET rules, regulations and requirements, Public Company Act, Thai Corporate and Commercial Law would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of company/ corporate laws, basic financial statements would be an advantage.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented, and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
  • Good administrative skills, customer-focused service provision, understanding of business processes, time management, and industry knowledge 
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
