Deputy Project Director – Corporate (GPC Laem Chabang Port Phase 3)

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information.
  • Developing and managing the organization's administrative, financial, physical and staff resources.
  • Developing and implementing administrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organization.
  • Choosing key performance indicators or tools to measure and track a company's success.
  • Managing and delegating general business operations and tasks.
  • Being responsible for providing quality service for facilities management.
  • Working with the management team on fiscal strategic planning.
  • Supervising documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the business.
  • Accountability for the performance of Legal & Permit, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in corporate management, of which 4 years’ experience in management level.
  • Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong corporate planning knowledge with excellent service mind.
  • Strong leadership experiences and management skills.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel/ work upcountry.
  • Workplace is in Bangkok until 2025 then move to Laem Chabang, Chonburi.
