Digital Application Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Being the central point of application support for all Digital transformation applications e.g., web, mobile, data analytics, AI, RPA, ML
  • Leading incident recovery and detailing root case analysis
  • Taking ownership of incidents and ensuring they are resolved within SLA
  • Prioritizing the issues, requests, and production enhancements to meet business priorities
  • Analyzing and resolving production issues and data and execute queries to correct data, highly complex business requirements, and requests (bug, support, modification, enchantement, etc.)
  • Preparing issue summary document, production performance, and advising for long-term improvements
  • Assisting in new implementations, installations, upgrades, and migrations of systems
  • Assisting in the rollout of existing applications
  • Providing data preparation, update master data, and configuration
  • Attaining good levels of feedback with business users and internal stakeholders
  • Checking the production environment on Azure, memory usage, and response time to ensure production readiness
  • Communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis with status reports
  • Escalating or delegating issues in a timely manner if needed
  • Coordinating tests as needed for support
  • Providing training to users and team
  • Being a central point of contact for production application support on assigned applications
  • Following up with the development team, users, and managers until incidents are closed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field from Prominent universities
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in application support and managing production requests for web/mobile development
  • Hands-on experience in database inquiry (SQL), and reporting generation would be an advantage
  • Creative, and up to date in the Technology movement to create business solutions
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload supporting multiple projects
  • Creative, problem-solving skills, negotiation, and systematic thinking
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
