Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transmission line projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and governmental agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, permits, and approvals related to transmission line construction and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government departments involved in power supply, transmission, and regulatory approvals.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk factors, proactively addressing any potential issues.
- Stay updated on government policies, industry trends, and technological advancements affecting transmission line projects.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards throughout project execution.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in engineering coordination, project management, or related roles within the power plant or energy sector.
- Proven experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies related to power supply and transmission projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-established network and connections within the government sector related to energy and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of power transmission systems, grid regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Willingness to travel as required for project coordination and government meetings.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
