Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage transmission line projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and governmental agencies, ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, permits, and approvals related to transmission line construction and operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government departments involved in power supply, transmission, and regulatory approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk factors, proactively addressing any potential issues.
  • Stay updated on government policies, industry trends, and technological advancements affecting transmission line projects.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards throughout project execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in engineering coordination, project management, or related roles within the power plant or energy sector.
  • Proven experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies related to power supply and transmission projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-established network and connections within the government sector related to energy and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of power transmission systems, grid regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project coordination and government meetings.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
