Job Position

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up reports for executive sessions.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, including VIP arrangements, logistics, and visa processes.
  • Plan and oversee events such as golf tournaments, media visits, and receptions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Draft, review, and translate professional correspondence in Thai and English to align with the organization’s brand image.
  • Support executives in special projects, partnerships, and community or public relations initiatives.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments using productivity tools.
  • Represent the executive’s office professionally when liaising with VIP guests, partners, sponsors, media, and government entities.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in personal assistant or executive assistant.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain thorough follow-up to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence and engaging professionally with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; scheduling/calendar tools; email systems) and often familiarity with travel/meeting logistics.
  • Exceptional organisational, time-management and multitasking skills — ability to prioritise, manage multiple calendars, travel and meetings.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism — handling sensitive information and representing senior executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders (executives, guests, sponsors, internal teams) in a polished and service-oriented manner.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision — taking initiative, anticipating needs and driving tasks to completion.
  • Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
