Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within designated accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to expand the customer base.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud services market to effectively position offerings.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on pipeline status, forecasts, and achievement of sales goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights into cloud solutions that enhance their business operations and address specific challenges.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic sales or business development within the cloud services industry or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales processes and reporting.
- Preferred Attributes
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience in developing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
