Job Responsibilities
HR Strategic Support

- Support business leaders in implementing HR strategies that align with corporate goals and local operations.
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for assigned business unit(s), supporting organisational design and workforce planning.
- Assist with change management initiatives tied to business growth, operational shifts or new market entries.
Workforce Planning & Recruitment

- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast manpower needs and coordinate timely recruitment and onboarding for your business unit(s).
- Support deployment of domestic and, where applicable, overseas staff (e.g., work permit / visa processes) under guidance.
Talent Management & Development

- Help drive performance management processes, talent reviews and development programs within your business unit(s).
- Support identification of current and future skill gaps and liaise with Learning & Development to implement targeted training.
Performance Management

- Partner with business leaders to set clear KPIs and performance expectations in line with business needs and HR frameworks.
- Monitor, support and report on performance outcomes, ensuring fairness and consistency of the process.
Employee Relations & Engagement

- Assist in managing employee relations matters, providing support to business leaders and HR leadership in resolution of issues.
- Support initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged workplace culture across your business unit(s).
Compensation, Compliance & HR Administration

- Support compensation reviews and benchmarking activities under direction of senior HR/Compensation partner.
- Ensure HR-related policies and processes comply with local labour laws and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support regular HR reporting for your business unit(s).
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- 2–5 years of progressive HR experience (or relevant HR generalist experience) ideally supporting business units or projects.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills; ability to build collaborative relationships with internal clients.
- Good understanding of Thai labour law and HR compliance best practices.
- Business proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Able to operate with a service mindset, flexible and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score).
- Ability to travel/ work upcountry and overseas.
