Head Of Sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of cloud sales representatives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to address the best solutions to support partner goals
  • Set ambitious and achievable sales targets and quotas for sales team
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team success
  • Identify and qualify new partner opportunities
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Negotiate and finalize complex partner deals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to set strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the cloud computing or enterprise software industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the cloud computing landscape and cloud products and services
  • Deep knowledge of partner channel sales strategies and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Having relevant cloud technical or sales certifications is a plus
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Results-oriented with a data-driven approach
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
