Job Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of cloud sales representatives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to address the best solutions to support partner goals
- Set ambitious and achievable sales targets and quotas for sales team
- Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team success
- Identify and qualify new partner opportunities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize complex partner deals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to set strategic decisions
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the cloud computing or enterprise software industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the cloud computing landscape and cloud products and services
- Deep knowledge of partner channel sales strategies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Having relevant cloud technical or sales certifications is a plus
- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Results-oriented with a data-driven approach
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
