Head of Talent Acquisition
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing Gulf Development PCL's talent acquisition strategy to attract and secure top talent across all levels of the organization. This role will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality hiring processes that align with the company's growth objectives and employer brand. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams in a dynamic and competitive market.
Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
Develop and align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, annual recruitment plans, and market trends. -
Recruitment Process Optimization:
Enhance the full recruitment lifecycle using technology and data-driven metrics to improve efficiency and quality. -
Sourcing Strategy:
Execute diverse sourcing strategies and employer branding efforts to attract top talent through various channels. -
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and deliver strategic talent solutions; manage agency relationships. -
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive, engaging, and communicative recruitment journey, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. -
Assessment & Selection:
Implement fair and effective assessment tools and standardized interview practices to identify the best candidates. -
Employer Branding:
Promote Gulf as an employer of choice through digital presence, events, and talent marketing initiatives. -
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop the TA team by setting clear goals, offering feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a competitive market.

Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.

Expertise in various sourcing methodologies and tools, including direct sourcing and social media recruiting.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Knowledge of Thai labor laws related to recruitment and hiring.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in English and Thai is essential.

Experience in the energy or infrastructure industry is a plus.
