Human Resources Business Partner (Overseas)

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementing HR policies to all company assets/entities in responsibility.  
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of the business and assisting in providing creative solutions to HR issues to maximize success of the business.
  • Working closely with team leaders and HR supporting team to enhance operation excellence by building the quality and quantity of HR initiative.
  • Providing advice to line manager by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures.
  • Recruiting personally the talents for companies.
  • Being responsible for HR activities to support the business.
  • Delivering an ad-hoc analysis and other tasks as required which relates to HR.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR business partner, managing several field operation sites.
  • Good knowledge in organizational development, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws & regulations, and other HR managements.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to travel/ work upcountry and overseas.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score).
