IT Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Network Design and Implementation
- Regularly update and maintain network hardware and software components
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard the network
- Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify
- Optimize network configurations to enhance overall performance
- Respond to and resolve network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Conduct thorough diagnostic tests and implement corrective measures
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators and security professionals, to ensure seamless integration of network components
- Evaluate current network capacity and plan for future growth
- Interact with network equipment vendors to stay informed about product updates and emerging technologies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Network
- Good knowledge of Network management tools
- Good knowledge of Cisco and Firewall
- Customer Service minded
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Active directory management tools as advantage
- Good knowledge of Azure AD as advantage
- Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
