IT Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting end user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems, installing, and configuring hardware and software, and solving technical problems.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support.
  • Good knowledge of Active directory management tools.
  • Good knowledge of Azure AD.
  • Customer Service minded.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
