Liaison & Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and participate in relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish new connections.
  • Serve as a support contact between the company and its business partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining business documents, contracts, presentation and reports.
  • Address and help resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in business relationships promptly and effectively.
  • Accommodate stakeholders for accommodation, cuisine, or other relevant needs.
  • Manage stakeholder schedules and appointments effectively.
  • Draft and manage formal letters and communications for business purposes.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, networking, or a similar role.
  • Flexible and able to travel as required for business purposes.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Social person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
