Job Position

Responsible for providing logistics support and overseeing end-to-end logistics operations to support the organization’s objectives. This role involves planning, supervising, managing, and coordinating logistics activities to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor shipping schedule, routes with transportation companies to meet project requirements as well as ensure that goods arrive on time without damage.
  • Execute logistics plans to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end flow of spare part and information. Responsibilities include analysing supply chain efficiency, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, minimize lead times and costs.
  • Managing shipment operations. Key duties involve preparing reviewing and verifying essential shipping documents (such as Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin), ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and monitoring shipment status from origin to final destination.
  • Managing trade-related legal requirements. Duties include processing and maintaining customs privileges (such as BOI, Form-E), handling the application for necessary import-export licenses with government department, and ensuring all operations adhere to the latest customs laws and regulations.
  • Responsibilities include gathering and analysing operational data, identifying potential risks in the logistics chain, and presenting actionable insights and solutions to management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business administration, or Transportation; Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in import-export department
  • Understanding of logistics processes, documentation, and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in upcountry and international locations.
