Job Position

Manager - DC NOC (Samut Prakan)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage NOC operations, ensuring compliance with ISO, ISMS, and ITIL standards
  • Oversee shift operations, including scheduling NOC team members to meet operational demands
  • Maintain operational integrity and handle incident management to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Analyze KPIs and statistics to identify areas for service improvement
  • Serve as an escalation contact for NOC operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement disciplinary action when necessary
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer service
  • Define performance metrics and provide operational documentation to management
  • Plan and implement operations continuity strategies, including training programs
  • Supervise environmental controls in data halls to meet standards and address issues promptly
  • Manage alarm monitoring systems and coordinate responses with relevant teams
  • Maintain and develop GSA Opsware systems, including ECMS, CPMS, EPMS, and CMMS
  • Monitor performance of GSA applications and services
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to minimize downtime and improve response times
  • Generate SLA and other reports as requested by clients
  • Prepare colocation usage reports to support finance department needs

Job Qualifications

  • Required to work a flexible schedule according to business needs/events (to include, but not limited to nights and weekends and/or shift rotation)
  • Efficiently interact with computing systems
  • Efficiently interact with GSA OpsWare such as ECMS, CPMS, EPMS, CMMS and tenanat portal
  • Ability to navigate and effectively utilize ticketing systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display strong organizational skills
  • Well versed with various network circuit types, configurations, and physical deployment of the circuits
  • Computer literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various network topologies and troubleshooting practices
  • Experience with equipment terminal access applications (Ex.: CRT, Putty, SSH)
  • Experience with network monitoring software applications
  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 500 TOEIC score)
