Job Responsibilities

 

  • Lead, develop and implement HR & administrative frameworks aligned with project objectives and operational needs
  • Lead the HR & Admin Department, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and workplace culture.
  • Manage office operations and facilities, ensuring efficient support services and streamlined day‑to‑day functioning.
  • Align policies and processes across site and head office to enable smooth operations and foster a motivated, high‑performing workforce.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years directly supporting overseas/international business units.
  • Minimum 10 years of comprehensive end-to-end experience in HR and Administration.
  • Proven ability to support multi-site and cross-border teams in remote or project-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international labor laws, safety regulations, and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score).
  • Ability to work in Loas for Long Term Assignment
