Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across data center operations, engineering, construction, and corporate functions to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead manpower planning initiatives and collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to attract, recruit, and onboard critical talent for data center development and operations.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, and employee development planning.
  • Identify workforce capability gaps and partner with Learning & Development teams to implement technical, leadership, and professional development programs.
  • Support organizational transformation, business expansion, and change management initiatives related to new data center projects and digital infrastructure growth.
  • Foster a high-performance and inclusive culture by leading employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance to leaders on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to support salary reviews, incentive programs, and talent retention strategies while ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, health and safety requirements, and corporate governance standards across all assigned business units.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Social Science, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to HR operations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.
  • Proven ability to support multi-site and cross-border teams in a remote or project-based environment.

  • Strong understanding of domestic and international labor laws, safety regulations, and HR compliance framework.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score

  • Ability to travel/work upcountry area.
