Job Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership & Overseas Support

  • Partner with senior management across domestic and critical overseas operations to design and implement robust HR strategies that align with global business objectives and complex local realities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project and country leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management for international teams.
  • Lead complex international project mobilizations, including workforce transitions, organizational structuring, and the establishment of HR functions in new host countries.
  • Lead or support major international HR projects focused on integration, standardization of global processes, and new market entry HR planning.

Talent Management & Employee Relations

  • Drive performance management, talent calibration, and leadership development programs across different geographies, ensuring cross-cultural sensitivity and effectiveness.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases involving cross-border teams and ensure consistent, legally compliant application of company policies and international labor regulations.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture across project sites, head office, and overseas operations.
  • Lead engagement and retention strategies specifically tailored for expatriate, national, and site-based employees in remote and challenging environments.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Social Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years directly supporting overseas/international business units.
  • Proven expertise in managing HR for multi-site and cross-border teams in remote, project-based, or overseas environments.
  • Demonstrable experience and deep knowledge of global mobility, expatriate assignment management, and end-to-end processing of work permits, visas, and relevant deployment documentation (A strict requirement).
  • Direct experience leading or managing at least two significant international HR projects (e.g., HR system rollout across multiple countries, post-M&A integration, or developing a new global compensation framework).
  • Strong understanding of domestic and various international labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and highly developed cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score or equivalent).
