Manager – Human Resources (Performance Management)

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic and operational leadership in the development, implementation, administration, and communication of Performance Management Framework.
  • Managing all communication, sensitization and monitoring of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs.
  • Working in liaison with key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting.
  • Maintaining the performance management system involving SAP, SuccessFactors to align with the company’s regulations and ensure effectiveness in timely manner: PMP (Performance Management Process).   
  • Overseeing all activities related to the performance management cycle including implementing competencies assessment, KPIs and performance management.
  • Handling any project assigned by HR management team.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Performance Management.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Proficient ability to use MS office.
