Manager – Human Resources (Performance Management)
Job Responsibilities
- Developing strategic and operational leadership in the development, implementation, administration, and communication of Performance Management Framework.
- Managing all communication, sensitization and monitoring of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs.
- Working in liaison with key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting.
- Maintaining the performance management system involving SAP, SuccessFactors to align with the company’s regulations and ensure effectiveness in timely manner: PMP (Performance Management Process).
- Overseeing all activities related to the performance management cycle including implementing competencies assessment, KPIs and performance management.
- Handling any project assigned by HR management team.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Performance Management.
- Experience in SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Proficient ability to use MS office.
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
