Manager - Human Resources & Administrators

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full functions of Human Resource and Administration: recruitment and etc.
  • Implement a human resources plan and policies and procedures.
  • Being responsible for strategic and operational recruitment and selection processes i.e. sourcing both internal and external candidates from every possible channel, screening applications, conducting interviews in both English and Thai languages, assessing and selecting candidates etc.
  • Preparing human resources reports and ensuring staff records are maintained.
  • Managing administration jobs such as stationery control, the maid, security guards, maintenance and purchasing.
  • Handling and monitoring petty cash for site/office necessary needs.
  • Purchasing all facilities/equipment for company.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human resource and administration or related fields.
  • Experience in Digital business would be an advantage.
  • Being proactive with good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
  • Good personality, attitude, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
