Operation Engineer - Plant

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily performance of Solar Rooftop systems using monitoring platforms and generating performance reports.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including visual inspections, cleaning checks, electrical measurements, and system functionality tests.
• Support corrective maintenance by identifying system issues, troubleshooting faults, and coordinating repairs with contractors or internal technical teams.
• Perform on-site inspections to verify system performance, equipment conditions, and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in inverter diagnostics, string testing, IV curve testing, and checking electrical connections for proper operation.
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and documentation for all assigned sites.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to schedule maintenance activities and provide updates on system performance.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with company procedures, electrical standards, and safety regulations. Support the O&M team in preparing monthly performance reports and recommending system 
  improvements. 

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical components, and energy monitoring systems.
• Ability to use basic electrical testing tools (multimeter, insulation tester); exposure to IV curve testing is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings (SLD, wiring diagrams).
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
