Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Summarize Planned Outage Master Plan of Gulf Group to prepare and manage planned outage maintenance/turnaround for GULF power plant in order to prepare the maintenance planning according to the Planned Maintenance of each power plant in advance.
  • Setup and prepare planned outage maintenance/turnaround package, generate milestone diagram, work activities for work preparation before each planned maintenance, including pre-outage activity until post outage activity, follow quality control document of planned outage maintenance management.
  • Review and revise the planned outage maintenance/turnaround package and supervise to the Owner.
  • Control and manage for turnaround process at each period to be followed as specified milestone, discussion with the Owner and follow up work progress.
  • Control and manage LTPA, LTSA, CSA, MMA and other concerned contract to comply contract terms & conditions, to obtain the highest benefits for company and supervisory the contract to the Owner.
  • Develop effective relationships with all stakeholders in a governance compliance manner.
  • Plan, control, and manage resource allocation for the department.
  • Coordinate with power plants to provide facilities and accommodations for personnel during planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumental, or Control Engineering.
  • 1-5 years of experience in maintenance planning and contract management, preferably in the power generation or power plant sector.
  • Knowing in business process, operation and cost efficiency improvement, operation risk and safety management, power plant knowledge, and customer-focused service provision.
  • Having skills in project management would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
