Job Responsibilities
- Conducting all payments and expenses which are related to the project.
- Verifying all documents accurately before submitting to management’s approval.
- Coordinating between head office, plant, contractors and business partner.
- Coordinating and supporting project team members.
- Being responsible for document controller duties.
- Performing such administrative duties that will ensure the overall organized and reliable management of the facilities in the office.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or related fields.
- Experience in construction work would be an advantage.
- Being proactive with a good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
- Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
- Workplace is in Bangkok.
