Job Responsibilities

  • Conducting all payments and expenses which are related to the project.
  • Verifying all documents accurately before submitting to management’s approval.
  • Coordinating between head office, plant, contractors and business partner.
  • Coordinating and supporting project team members.
  • Being responsible for document controller duties.
  • Performing such administrative duties that will ensure the overall organized and reliable management of the facilities in the office.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration or related fields.
  • Experience in construction work would be an advantage.
  • Being proactive with a good personality, ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
  • Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
  • Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
  • Workplace is in Bangkok.
