Project Coordinator (Renewable Energy)

Job Position

Manage day-to-day execution of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, or hybrid) in accordance with approved schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and key external stakeholders, including EGAT, relevant government authorities, project sponsors/shareholders, lenders, lenders’ advisors, and EPC contractors.
Provide support in contract negotiation, review, and administration for EPC, supply, and balance-of-plant contracts.
Monitor project progress, costs, variations, and contractor performance, and report deviations to management.
Coordinate EPC contractor activities and manage interfaces across project workstreams.
Support compliance with Thai regulatory, grid connection, environmental, and permitting requirements.
Prepare regular project progress reports, presentations, and documentation for management and working committee meetings.
Identify project risks and issues and support mitigation actions in coordination with senior project leadership.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project development and/or project management.
Prior experience in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, or hybrid) is highly preferred.
Proven experience in managing project scope, cost, schedules, and contractors/subcontractors under various contract structures.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, project execution processes, and contract management.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively across different cultures and backgrounds.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC score of 750).
Willingness to travel and work upcountry and overseas as required.
