Data Center - Project Delivery Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple concurrent data center infrastructure projects from design to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, construction, procurement, and finance teams for project alignment.
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure delivery in line with scope and contractual terms.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project activities.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a proactive and timely manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure project deliverables meet company standards, client requirements, and operational readiness criteria.
• Manage change control processes and support contract management and negotiation as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure or construction project management, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale capital projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of data center systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, etc.).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 700 TOEIC score).
