Job Position

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversight EPC Contractor and lead Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) for the whole project development cycle including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Manages civil/structural projects, serving as the main point of contact with clients.
• Performs and reviews civil/structural calculations, analysis, produce safe, cost-effective, efficient, and buildable designs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to provide engineering guidance.
• Determines technical issues, defines, and implements innovative alternate solutions, establishes pros/cons for multiple solutions, and makes recommendations through official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to making the project proceed smoothly.
• Managing the resources of civil/structural discipline to be highest benefit and efficiency.
• Risk management of project focusing on civil/structural engineering activities.
• Participates in all project key meetings, conducts technical coordination meetings with relevant parties.
• Works collaboratively with the Engineering Manager and manages the engineering technical work to ensure timely deliverables and proper and efficient interface with other engineering disciplines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years experience working in EPC execution or consulting environment in oil and gas, LNG facilities, petrochemical, or power plant business preferably on a LNG facilities design or Cryogenic plants design or in the LNG industry.
• FEED covering project scope development and cost and schedule estimating.
• Strong knowledge of LNG industry design and operation, excellent knowledge of codes and industry standards and regulatory requirements such as NFPA, ASME, and API is a plus.
• Competent in international design code/standard such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, EIT Building Control Act, law and regulation of Thailand.
• Familiarity with design software, especially FEM analysis and design software such as SAP2000, STAAD Pro, including MS Office, REVIT for 3D Model and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and management skills, team player with demonstrated ability to influence and manage a team to get results.
• Professional engineer license from the council of engineers is a must.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score). 
• Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad.
