Senior officer/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Payroll Operation Management)

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end payroll processes including preparing payroll calculations, computation to ensure efficiency (completeness and accuracy in timely manner).
  • Preparing related to remuneration statutory and non-statutory reports timely: Tax (company/ employee), social security, provident fund, employment certificate etc.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that payroll processes are comply with the company governance and statutory requirement.
  • Creating and supporting ad-hoc data and supplementary reports for management team.
  • Maintaining and monitoring all employee database on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Taking the initiative to ensure that all responsible processes are of the excellent quality.
  • Being a counterpart and working in partnership with HR Business Partner and HR Reward Team.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in compensation/ payroll management or expatriate/ overseas payroll operation.
  • Good knowledge in tax system, personal income tax, compliance with labor laws & regulations, and other HR managements.
  • Experience in HR digital platform, SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and logical thinking.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC Score).
  • Proficient Ability to use MS Excel, Power point.
