Job Responsibilities

 

·  Supervise and coordinate all civil engineering activities on-site for wind energy infrastructure, including access roads, turbine foundations, substations, and other associated structures.

·  Ensure that all construction work is carried out in compliance with design specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

·  Liaise with design engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical or site-related issues.

·  Lead site meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

·  Manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring effective workforce planning, task delegation, and productivity.

·  Monitor project schedule, resource allocation, and budget adherence to ensure timely project delivery.

·  Enforce environmental and health & safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on site.

·  Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, and transportation to and from the site.

·  Conduct quality inspections and ensure documentation and reporting are completed as per standards.

·  Collaborate with the Project Manager to forecast risks and propose improvements in planning and execution.

 

Job Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

·  Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in site management for infrastructure projects; experience in renewable energy, especially wind energy projects, is highly preferred.

·  Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, standards, and best practices.

·  Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·  Sound understanding of health & safety and environmental regulations.

·  Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and construction scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

·  Ability to work in remote project locations and adapt to challenging site conditions.

·  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

·  Good in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
