System Analyst & Integration

Job Responsibilities

• Participating in comprehending business requirements and processes, analyzing system impact, and defining system scope
• Designing efficient IT systems and integrations to align with business and technology needs
• Developing technical designs and interface specifications for multiple applications, ensuring constant updates to IT Application design documents
• Evaluating and providing insights on technology trends and developments to guide decision-making
• Leading in solution design, preparing, and evaluating technology and workflow solutions
• Collaborating closely with developers, understanding software limitations, and articulate systems design, functional specifications (including System Workflow, Database, API, and functional architecture) to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Assisting in planning and task assignment for developers
• Ensuring completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for designing and implementing system business solutions
• Validating integration test results, analyzing outcomes, and facilitating issue resolution
• Identifying potential risk/issues arising from the impact of new/emerging technology or modifications to existing systems
• Developing criteria for and participating in the evaluation of 3rd-party vendors, software, and technical solutions
• Overseeing the deployment of integrations to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
• Serving as a single point of contact for assigned applications
• Investigating and resolving application functionality-related issues
• Providing support, troubleshooting, and identifying modifications needed to meet business processes

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field from Prominent universities
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in system analyst, software design, enterprise integration
• Hands-on experience in software development and database inquiry (SQL) would be an advantage
• Flexible, creative, and up to date in the Technology movement to create business solutions
• Able to multi-task and prioritize workload supporting multiple projects
• Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
