Engineering Officer

Job Responsibilities

Operation

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) for electrical systems including MDB, SMDB, DB, lighting, UPS, emergency lights, and exit lights

• Inspect, measure, and record electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, and grounding resistance

• Clean and maintain electrical panels and inspect basic electrical devices

• Monitor and maintain backup power systems (Generator, UPS, Battery Bank) to ensure readiness

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues including power outages, breaker trips, UPS alarms, and abnormal load conditions

• Analyze abnormal conditions such as overload, excessive heat, or abnormal grounding resistance and recommend corrective actions

• Support and inspect HVAC electrical control systems

• Provide technical support for Audio-Visual (AV) systems (projectors, speakers, microphones, signal cables) and coordinate with IT for non-electrical issues

• Participate in and support emergency drills related to electrical and fire safety systems.

Documentary

• Prepare and maintain PM/CM reports and service records for electrical & AV systems.

• Keep accurate inspection logs, equipment usage data, and technical documentation

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar technical role.

• Proven hands-on experience across multiple building trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, general repairs).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for various building systems.

• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations in Thailand.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.

• Proficiency in using common maintenance tools and equipment.

• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.

• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication.

• Good command in English (Minimum 650 TOEIC score).
