Mechanical Leader – Plant

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting of power plant equipment as Rotating machine, Accessories machine and Piping. 
• Supervise mechanical engineers in the safe and timely execution of their duties on a day to day basis.
• Supervise mechanical repair and troubleshooting and assist in the training of mechanical engineers.
• Set up preventive/predictive maintenance program and prepare all necessaries spare part and consumable materials for mechanical repair.
• Improve technical information of mechanical equipment in maintenance database system.
• Monitoring the environmental system.

Job Qualifications

• At least bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in mechanical maintenance power plant and 3 years as mechanical leader.
• Good power plant process control, power plant engineering and maintenance management skill.
• Ability to work “On Call” on weekends and holidays.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score >500) and computer skills.
