HR & Administration Officer (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing all Administration’s duties to ensure the office is overall organized and ensure reliable management in the office.
  • Evaluating new and existing suppliers/ subcontractors and negotiating purchase agreements.
  • Monitoring and tracking supplier performance and feedback include on time delivery, quality, specification and corrective action.
  • Supporting other HR & Administration activities in required by supervisor.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative function such as purchasing and sourcing, inventory purchasing or inventory control.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (Researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
  • Working independently and being a self-motivated person.
  • Good command in English (Minimum 500 TOEIC score).
  • Workplace is in Ratchaburi.
