HR & Administration Officer (Procurement)
Job Responsibilities
- Performing all Administration’s duties to ensure the office is overall organized and ensure reliable management in the office.
- Evaluating new and existing suppliers/ subcontractors and negotiating purchase agreements.
- Monitoring and tracking supplier performance and feedback include on time delivery, quality, specification and corrective action.
- Supporting other HR & Administration activities in required by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative function such as purchasing and sourcing, inventory purchasing or inventory control.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (Researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Working independently and being a self-motivated person.
- Good command in English (Minimum 500 TOEIC score).
- Workplace is in Ratchaburi.
