Assistant Manager/ Manager – Information Technology (GULF Maptaphut)

Job Responsibilities

  • Understanding and ensuring that business requirements, expectations and opportunities for business are identified, prioritized and represented in IT strategies, also identifying the key success factors, current issues and potential solutions to measure the success of the project/strategies.
  • Providing technical expertise in assessing IT software application and initiating to improve and support business process.
  • Coordinating and providing solutions of application development throughout the lifecycle.
  • Providing business solutions and configure system (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, In-House application development).
  • Being flexible, creative and up-to-date in Technology movement to create business solutions.
  • Managing and projecting the AS-IS process, TO-BE process, business process mapping and impact assessments.
  • Providing business process, technical and systems knowledge to extend and embed the use of IT solutions to support GULF’s business, in alignment with IT Strategy roadmap.
  • Working closely with business users and vendors to ensure the best practice of IT software development in digital transformation concepts.
  • Organizing and coordinating tasks and activities performed by the project team to ensure project progress.
  • Driving, enabling, and managing business change and process reengineering where required.
  • Managing and coordinating project related third party relationships (e.g. offshore providers, Software vendors).
  • Performing user acceptance testing to ensure software quality.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analyst or system analyst.
  • Experience in software development, project management and HRIS is required.
  • Possess of strong influential skills towards peers and stakeholders within and outside team.
  • Possess of strong sense of urgency and flexible thinking to create business solutions and drive performance of the team.
  • Good learning agility.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 500 TOEIC score).
  • Workplace is in Rayong.
