Job Responsibilities
- To manage, control Long-Term Maintenance Contract for Gas Turbine of GULF Group to ensure full compliance with contractual Terms and Conditions and interests.
- To establish, develop, and continuously improve work processes and frameworks related to contract management in collaboration with the Contractors/Suppliers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and maximum mutual benefit.
- To lead and facilitate meetings, coordination activities, and communications with Contractors/Suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
- To set up and prepare planned maintenance / turnaround packages, including timeline & milestone, work activity plans covering pre-outage, outage, and post-outage phases, and ensure compliance with quality control standard for planned maintenance management.
- To review, revise, and provide recommendations on planned maintenance / turnaround packages, including supervise, control, and manage the turnaround process across all milestones, including chairing and leading related meetings.
- To plan, control, and manage resource allocation within team.
- To provide coordination, guidance, recommendation, and advisory support to power plant teams in supervising the contract management.
- To manage and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and partners in accordance with corporate governance and ethical standards.
- To perform special assignments and other duties as assigned by management and leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in maintenance planning and contract management, preferably within the power generation or power plant industry.
- Knowledge of Gas Turbine systems, particularly GE LM6000, will be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes, plant operations, cost efficiency improvement, operational risk and safety management, power plant systems, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (minimum TOEIC score of 750).
