Warehouse Officer- Renewable Energy (Suphanburi)

Job Position

Under the direct supervision of the Plant manager, Warehouse officer is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and maintaining all purchased plant items. This role also involves managing the shipment of non-administrative items, making entries into the maintenance record, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support operational efficiency and reliability of renewable power plants (solar, solar and BESS).

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, conduct inventory audits, and manage periodic inventories. 
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase orders. 
• Store spare parts in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, ensuring cleanliness and security. 
• Dispatch orders based on users’ requirements and maintain accurate transaction records. 
• Operate and maintain warehouses and related facilities in good condition. 
• Prepare inventory reports. 
• To issue purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase materials, goods and services to serve plant requirements. 
• Coordinate with relevant parties to support the spare parts purchasing, ensuring efficiency and economy. 
• Provide urgent items procurement as required for operational needs. 
• Ensure proper stock rotation in compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards. 
• Collaborate with relevant parties to develop risk assessment and mitigation plans. 
• Must be aware and play a vital role in quality, environmental, safety and social management system. (ISO 14001, 9001, 45001, ESMS) 
• Perform duties as requested by management to professionally serve plant activities. 

Job Qualifications

• High Vocational or Bachelor or higher in related fields or equivalent experience. 
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse. 
• Strong ability to organize, store, and manage inventory efficiently. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and reporting. 
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). 
• Ability to lift and move heavy items. 
• Ability to operate machinery (Pallet mover). 
• Valid forklift certification with proven operating experience. 
• Able to work in the upcountry (Suphanburi). Local candidates from the project area are preferred. 
• Good in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
