Job Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

Develop and execute the company's Vietnam market entry and growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.

Identify high-growth sectors, emerging market trends, and new business opportunities.

Evaluate market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.

Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Business Development

Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing.

Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, government agencies, industry associations, and key ecosystem partners.

Drive revenue generation through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

Negotiate commercial agreements, strategic alliances, and long-term partnership contracts.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Represent the company with senior executives, customers, investors, and external stakeholders.

Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers across public and private sectors.

Collaborate with regional and global leadership to ensure alignment of business objectives and execution.

Serve as the company's ambassador in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
Financial & Operational Performance

Develop annual business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth targets.

Monitor business performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Manage business development budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Deliver regular executive reports on pipeline health, revenue performance, and strategic initiatives.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred.

12–15+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership.

Demonstrated success in developing and scaling business operations in Vietnam.

Strong understanding of the Vietnamese business environment, regulatory landscape, and commercial ecosystem.

Experience working in multinational or regional organizations is highly desirable.

Experience leading market entry, business transformation, or expansion initiatives.

Familiarity with ASEAN regional business practices.
