Job Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute the company's Vietnam market entry and growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.

  • Identify high-growth sectors, emerging market trends, and new business opportunities.

  • Evaluate market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.

  • Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Business Development

  • Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing.

  • Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, government agencies, industry associations, and key ecosystem partners.

  • Drive revenue generation through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, strategic alliances, and long-term partnership contracts.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Represent the company with senior executives, customers, investors, and external stakeholders.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers across public and private sectors.

  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to ensure alignment of business objectives and execution.

  • Serve as the company's ambassador in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Financial & Operational Performance

  • Develop annual business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth targets.

  • Monitor business performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Manage business development budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

  • Deliver regular executive reports on pipeline health, revenue performance, and strategic initiatives.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • MBA or other advanced business qualification is preferred.

  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling business operations in Vietnam.

  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese business environment, regulatory landscape, and commercial ecosystem.

  • Experience working in multinational or regional organizations is highly desirable.

  • Experience leading market entry, business transformation, or expansion initiatives.

  • Familiarity with ASEAN regional business practices.
